Debt Counselling

Debt Counselling is the process of counselling the over-indebted consumers and giving them advise on their financial distress and giving them comfort and solutions on how to turn their financial situation around.

Debt Review

Is the programme that consumers are placed when they are over-indebted, which starts with the negotiating of payment terms with the creditors when client has qualified to be placed under debt review. Our debt counsellors negotiate with the client’s credit providers with the goal to decrease their monthly commitments by obtaining lower interest rates and reduced monthly instalments.

Credit Bureau Reports

We provide Credit Bureau reports to help our clients stay up-to-date with what is happening in their credit profiles. We help explain the reports to them as well as advise of any problems in their payment patterns and address any issues that may cause harm to their credit scoring.

Debt Clearance Certificate

We provide Debt Clearance Certificates which our clients are able to present to creditors and use as confirmation that their debt has been cleared. Together with the Credit Bureau reports, we ensure that their credit profiles are adequately updated that their debt has been paid-up.

Financial Literacy Sessions

We provide Financial Literacy sessions to our clients wherein we provide financial education that enables those in attendance, to be financially disciplined and financially free. We also provide them with important tools that they can use to manage their monthly spending.
