Our Management
Our company was founded by Millicent Nobonke Luke in 2019 who is a qualified and registered Debt Counsellor with the NCR (NCRDC3797). She worked as a credit analyst at Mercedes-Benz SA and Absa Corporate for over 12 years. She worked in the banking industry for over 20 years. While working in banking industry, she was able to realise that a lot of people are in dire need of financial education so they can better manage their banking products and use them to benefit their financial situations.
It is with this realisation, that she established Plenteous Land Financial Literacy with the aim of providing much needed financial education as well as provide the necessary products and tools that help in helping them be financially free. Debt counselling was a leg in her vision because she sought to help people who are over-indebted and show them that there are ways to negotiate affordable repayments and not have to drown in debt.
In 2021 she resigned in order to pursue this vision, with the wealth of experience and financial knowledge attained from the financial industry, she was able to qualify and register as a Debt Counsellor in August 2021 and started operating in December, the same year, providing debt counselling services and providing financial literacy.
